Cooper River Partners – Electrical Assessment – Jacobs Site

Live Oak Consultants provided professional services for an extensive field survey and assessment of existing electrical infrastructure and distribution systems to assist with property valuation and acquisition. All major pieces of electrical distribution equipment were evaluated including substations, transformers and 480VAC and 208VAC power panels.  Each piece of equipment was rated based on age, condition, and availability of spare parts to determine replacement or maintenance costs over the following 10 years.
