Abbeville Administrative Building Renovation

This project included the renovation of a 46,000 square foot two-story hospital located in Abbeville, South Carolina, into new offices for the county.  The project included programming and design for the Treasurer, Auditor, Tax Collector, Veterans Administration, US Department of Agriculture, Emergency Operations Center, E-911 Call Center, Addressing, EMS Squad, Coroner, County Council Chambers, Assessor, Probate Court, Building, Planning, Voter Registration, Emergency Management Offices, County Records Storage, Clerk to Council and County Director and his staff.   This included repairs to the existing roofing system as well as the elimination of environmental hazards.. The project is funded through federal grants to include the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and required management to a very restricted and fixed budget.
