The project consisted of a 2,000 sf maintenance building that houses tractors and other maintenance equipment. It included an air-conditioned office. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building on a concrete slab/foundation.
Main Campus Welding Lab Circuit
Electrical design services were provided to add a Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 151 plasma cutter to the existing welding shop. An additional circuit of 480V distribution panel, 480V to 208V transformer, 208 panel and circuit were added to the plasma cutter.
Campus Single Line
Live Oak Consultants was contracted to provide the single line diagrams and site electrical plan for the new energy management system. Documentation of the old electrical distribution system had to be drawn for the Main Campus Buildings 100 – 800. This new energy system will monitor the electricity usage per building and per user.
Main Campus, Building 600 Panel and Office Addition
Live Oak Consultants is providing field investigation services and electrical design services for the office addition of 1,816 sf next to the toll storage area. The work includes creating an exterior power plan, connection diagrams, lighting plan, power plan and panelboard connection diagrams. The addition will increase the facility to 9,274 SF.
